It is a question best answered by our existing clients. Here are three examples.

 We were asked to build a house in a remote location. Starting with communicating and meeting with the local planning department. Helping to interpret the home owners design ideas into the planning process and architects designs.

We were also called upon to answer literally hundreds of questions as the build took shape, the construction process came to fruition and the new home took shape.

It is normal for us that our clients like to keep involved and own the process of the house build. We are always available for their regular site visits and meeting with suppliers so that they can understand what is available in kitchens, bathrooms, carpentry, stone work, windows,central heating and so on.

This is something that is almost impossible to do on your own because we have relationships with all kinds of suppliers and manufacturers.
We are often asked by people who are doing self build or DIY projects where we source materials as the way business are advertised here is very different to Northern Europe.

Take for instance a large carpentry business that supplies fantastic bespoke furniture and kitchens for us. If you drove past the place all you would see is what looks like a large cow shed and a large metal door. There are no sings on the building or sign posts.

Then of course there is the language barrier. You might have the word for a particular material like floor boards. If you cant ask what are his usual sizes he may think that you want them cut to the size that you are asking for which will double the price.
